Prudential Retirement is conducting a search to identify an outstanding candidate who would take a leadership position in the Relationship Management group of our $85 billion Institutional Investment Products (IIP) business.
IIP manufactures the Stable Value products which are a critical component in the investment line-up of nearly every retirement plan administered by Prudential Retirement. With over $40 billion in assets under management, the Stable Value asset class is a vital part of the Retirement business. This position offers the unique potential of career advancement within a dynamic and exciting part of the Retirement business.
The Director, Relationship Management we are seeking will oversee, direct, and develop the IIP Relationship Management activities, staff, and resources, primarily for Investment Only Stable Value (IOSV) clients. Activities include coordinating on-boarding and post-sale activities for new clients, generating revenue growth by retaining existing customers and facilitating additional Stable Value deposits, interfacing with clients as the senior representative of this Relationship Management team and primary liaison with Distribution and Product Management.

Requirements |
* Minimum of 5-8 years of Financial Services experience
* In-depth knowledge of fixed income/stable value products; retirement industry experience preferred
* Exceptional client management experience and customer/intermediary-facing skills
* Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
* Demonstrated track record of achievement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to learn quickly and work well in a strong team environment
* Strong partnering behavior and positive attitude
* Demonstrated ability to coach, manage and develop staff
* Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
* Series 7 and insuranced licensed, or must be obtained within 120 days of hire
* Advanced degree and/or CFA preferred
